6-3-2004: Hey everyone, Natural Selection is still alive and kicking! We have just set up a huge show at The Sets. This is our first shot at something big and we need all the Natural Selection fans at this one. This is huge because it is sponserd by the Edge 103.9. Hope to see everyone there!

4-13-2004: Fuck yah an update! We have been hard at work in the studio and it is tough to find time to add things to the site. We have a couple upcoming shows check out the upcoming shows page for more info on that.

2-29-2004: Sorry for the delay y'all, just made a massive update to the site! Bios are all done, Band pictures have been updated, Gian's pics have been updated as well! Enjoy the content, contacts will be up soon!

Gian:Ya! almost done recording "Feelin Right" Jeff and I will be in the studio finishing it off tomorrow. Im laying down the vocals, Jeff is goign to harmonize. More to come on studio updates.

2-23-2004: Today Natural Selection goes into the studio to finish their second song entitled "Through The Mist". I also added some stuff in the bios section and the pictures section.
